Recipe for Easter almond macaroons

  • Almond - 2 Cups
  • Lime - 1 piece
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Egg white - 3 pieces

We rub the zest of lime. Using the processor, grind the almonds - not exactly into the dust, but into a fairly shallow crumb. Whisk egg whites with lime in a firm foam. Add the crushed almonds and sugar to the egg mixture. Mix to homogeneity. We cover the baking tray with parchment paper. We put on paper our dough - about a teaspoon per one biscuit. We bake cookies for 20-25 minutes at 140 degrees, then cool and serve. Bon Appetit!
