Recipe for Umbrian chicken

  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Celery stem - 90 Grams
  • Bacon - 200 Grams
  • Chicken drumstick - 400 Grams
  • Wine white dry (table) - 150 Milliliters
  • Sugar sand - 10 Grams
  • Rosemary leaves - 1/2 Art. Spoons
  • Garlic - 3 pieces
  • Olive oil - 50 milliliters
  • Chicken wings - 400 Grams
  • Salt sea - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Tomatoes in own juice - 400 Grams
  • Bay Leaf - 1 Piece
  • White beans in tomato sauce - 400 Grams

Onions and garlic finely chopped. Similarly, chop the celery. In a frying pan, warm up the olive oil, add onions, garlic and celery. Fry, stirring, over medium heat about 8 minutes. Then add the bacon cut into small frying pan. Fry together with vegetables for 5-7 minutes. Chicken wings and legs thoroughly rinsed, salt and pepper. At the wings we cut off the bony parts, where there is practically no meat. We heat another pan, fry in it on olive oil pieces of chicken. Fry about 4-5 minutes on each side, after which we pour the wine into the frying pan. Extinguish the chicken in the wine until the wine is evaporated. When the wine is almost completely evaporated, add to the frying pan peeled and cut into small cubes tomatoes. Together with them, we add rosemary, sugar and bay leaves to the pan. Pour about 100 ml of cold water, mix and stew. When the water poured into the pan boils, add the contents of the first pan (vegetables and bacon) to this frying pan. Finally, add our beans to the frying pan, mix everything and stew for 10-15 minutes under the lid. Actually, now the dish is ready to serve. Bon Appetit!
