  • Pizza dough (homemade or purchased) - 300 Grams

  • Parmesan cheese - 30 Grams

1. Dough for pizza you can cook yourself or buy ready-made in the store. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Form a thin circle with a diameter of 30 cm from the dough. Lay the circle on a baking sheet, lightly sprinkled with corn flour (this will prevent the dough sticking). 2. Lubricate the dough with tomato sauce, spreading it evenly. Top with thinly sliced ​​Mozzarella cheese. Mozzarella is highly melted and spreads, so do not put too much cheese. Place pizza in a preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges of the pizza are golden brown. 3. Meanwhile, trim the ends of the zucchini and, using a vegetable knife, cut the zucchini with ribbons. Set aside. In a medium bowl, beat the red wine vinegar and olive oil, using a whisk. Add mustard, chopped onion and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the zucchini and stir so that they are evenly coated with the mixture. 4. Open the oven and gently place the zucchini mixture on the pizza. Bake for 1-2 minutes until the zucchini is warmed. Sprinkle with pizza cedar nuts and chips of Parmesan cheese. Immediately serve with cold wine or beer.
