Casserole recipe with rice

  • Milk - 500 Milliliters
  • Rice - 200 Grams
  • Butter - 100 Grams
  • Eggs - 3 pieces
  • Sugar - 100 Grams
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Carrots - 200 Grams
  • Apples - 300 Grams
  • Raisins - 100 Grams
  • Cinnamon - To taste

1. Pour the milk into the pan and put it on the fire. Rinse well in cold water several times. Once the milk boils, pour rice into it. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 20-25 minutes, not forgetting to stir constantly. 2. Add the butter to the ready-made rice porridge, stir well and remove from heat. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Yolks mash with sugar and vanilla and add to the rice porridge. 3. Prepare our fruit. Apples and carrots need to be washed and cleaned. Carrots grate on a medium grater. From the apples, remove the core and cut into small cubes. Raisins should be washed, cleaned from debris and soak in warm water for about twenty minutes. Put all the prepared fruits and vegetables in the rice mixture. Stir well. 4. In a separate bowl, whip the mixer with proteins and add to our ingredients. Stir gently. 5. Lubricate the baking sheet with oil or cover with parchment paper. Lay out our mixture in the mold and level the surface. The oven needs to be warmed up to 180 degrees. Our casserole will bake for about 30 minutes. Ready casserole should be slightly cooled, cut into portions. You can serve with sour cream or jam.
