  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces

The first thing is to thoroughly wash ourSquid under running water, and then let the water drain off. When the squid is dry, lightly fry them in olive oil - literally 2-3 minutes, until a little crust. Squids significantly decrease in size. Mine-clean the vegetables we need. I use baked pepper, although it is possible and fresh. Onions, garlic and celery are cut into small cubes. Tomatoes and peppers are cut a little larger. In a frying pan in which squid was fried, lightly grind finely chopped vegetables - onion, garlic and celery. After 3-4 minutes, return the squid in the pan, and add peppers and tomatoes. Add the seasoning - bay leaf, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix the whole contents of the pan, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. In the meantime, we cut the potatoes fairly large. We add potatoes to a frying pan, mix it, add a little water to the frying pan (you can also butter if it starts to burn), cover it with a lid and stew for another 20-25 minutes until the potato is ready. The output is something like that. Pleasant! :)
