Cover the pan with a lid - and send it to the oven, heated to 150 degrees oven for 4 hours. After 4 hours, the dish will look like this, and the beef will be perfectly soft and gentle. Extract the meat from the pan and disassemble it into fibers. Return the meat to the sauce. Stir - and the dish is ready. Serve hot with a favorite side dish - a good paste. Bon Appetit!
