  • Tomatoes - 4 Pieces

  • Sweet Bulgarian pepper - 2 pieces
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Cabbage - 1 Piece
  • Celery (stem) - 1 piece
  • Dill - - To taste
  • Bay Leaf - - To taste
  • Pepper spicy milled - - To taste
  • Garlic - 3 Teeth

Among the ingredients - only vegetables. Chop the onion and garlic into small cubes, carrot finely grate on a grater or cut into thin strips. Thin shred fresh cabbage. We clean Bulgarian peppers, cut into small cubes. Tomatoes and cut into small cubes. It is better to use more strong tomatoes - they will not fall apart and will not turn into porridge during cooking. We shift all the prepared vegetables into a saucepan, we also add a finely chopped celery stalk, dill and bay leaf. Fill with water (the amount of water - at your discretion, depending on which soup you like more - thick or liquid). We put on the fire. Bring the soup to a boil, then we reduce the fire and cook without a lid on a weak boil for about 30 minutes. Somewhere for 15-20 minutes before the end of cooking, we add to the soup ground hot red pepper - it improves digestion and, therefore, helps to lose weight. We serve hot. Bon Appetit! ;)
