Omelet with broccoli

Defrost broccoli (if the product is fresh - stepSkipping). Fry broccoli with chopped garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes, then add 2 tablespoons to the frying pan. Water, cover the frying pan with a lid and stew until the water evaporates. Eggs beat up and mixed with broccoli. This mixture is poured into a frying pan and fry for 3-4 minutes - until the edges are seized. Then we put the omelet into a baking dish, sprinkle it with grated cheese - and into the oven for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees. We take out the omelet from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese - and eat!
