Recipe: Ice cream home

  • Cream - 3 items. Spoons
  • Eggs - 15 pieces
  • Sugar - 800 grams
  • Strawberry - 500 Grams (or raspberry)
  • Vanillin - 1 piece

Grind egg yolks with sugar, addvanillin. Pour the cream into a saucepan and put on a slow fire. Stir continuously. Try not to bring to a boil until the mass thickens. We remove from the fire, we apply cream with gauze, we cool it and pour it into the jar half. Cover the jar with a lid, put in a bowl and cover with salt ice. Turn the jar clockwise. Within a few minutes, ice should form from inside the jar. Scratch it inside with a spoon. When the cream thickens, cover the cap of the jar with ice. Wrap the dishes with a jar and put in a cold place (refrigerator) for 3 hours. Ready to store ice cream in the freezer. Before serving, you can decorate with strawberries or raspberries.
