  • Red sweet pepper - 2 Pieces (remove the core, cut into rings)

Start with soy sauce. Pour in a bowl of soy sauce. Mix brown sugar, cornstarch, garlic and fresh ginger and chili oil. Add everything to the bowl. Stir well. Add the thinly sliced ​​beef. Roll off as follows in the mixture and set aside. Slice the onions not too thinly. Take a pair of sweet peppers, cut off the tops and remove the insides and cut into thin rings. Add half of the finished noodles in a frying pan with meat. Thoroughly mix and, if you think that little noodles add more. Add a little cilantro leaves.
