Recipe Rice noodles with rice and shrimps

  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Green Beans - 150 Grams
  • Vegetable oil - 30 milliliters
  • King prawns - 10 pieces
  • Soy sauce - 45 milliliters
  • Pepper ground chili - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Pork - 150 Grams
  • Rice noodles - 300 Grams
  • Ginger - 1 piece (3 cm)

1. On the package of rice noodles read the instructions and cook noodles. We clean royal shrimps (if shrimps are frozen - pre-defrost them). 2. Cut the cubes of pork (neck, loin or not quite fat ham). In a heated frying pan fry until the color turns golden. 3. When everything turns rosy, add green beans and ginger, previously shredded. The whole string beans. 4. After a few minutes we add there already peeled king prawns. 5. In another bowl, beat the egg and add the soy sauce. Spices can be added here. Very good chilies come here. In the pan, pour the egg and mix. 6. Now add the noodles and all warm up minutes one or two. Salt to taste. We serve to the table.
