Recipe Zavivantsy

  • Dry quick-acting yeast - 5 Grams
  • Sugar sand - 180 Grams
  • Butter - 45 Grams
  • Egg of chicken - 2 pieces
  • Light raisins - 100 Grams
  • Wheat Flour - 500 Grams
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Milk - 200 Milliliters
  • Cinnamon powder - 3 teaspoons

Mix in the bowl all the loose ingredients - flour,Yeast, sugar and salt. In another container, mix eggs, melted butter and milk at room temperature. Mix the liquid mixture with dry, knead it soft and elastic dough. We wrap the resulting dough with food film and send it for 40-60 minutes to a warm place. The dough should increase approximately twice. After 40-60 minutes, the dough should be well kneaded and left in a warm place for another 20 minutes. The finished dough is rolled into a rectangular layer about 0.5-1 cm thick. Lubricate the dough with melted butter, cover with sugar and cinnamon, unfold pre-soaked In boiling water raisins. Fold our dough with a roll and cut into pieces about 2 cm thick (as in the photo). We cover the baking tray with parchment paper, lay out our curlers on it. Lubricate each bun with a beaten egg. We put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for 25-30 minutes - until the crust becomes golden. Done! We put tea or coffee and enjoy :)
