Courgettes with tomatoes and garlic

Ingredients:
  • Zucchini - 2 Kilogram
  • Tomatoes - 500 Grams
  • Sour cream - 250 Grams
  • Onions - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 1 piece
  • Parsley - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 50 milliliters
  • Vegetable oil - 50 milliliters
  • Bay leaf - 1 piece
  • Sweet pepper - 6 pieces
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Black ground pepper - 1 pinch
Instructions

If you have old zucchini - clean them fromInsides and seeds. Cut them into cubes 3-4 cm. Finely chop the onions. Tomatoes cut into pieces 2 times smaller than zucchini. In a frying pan with high walls we pass onions in olive oil. Add to it zucchini, when they let the juice, put the tomatoes. On high fire, hold 1-2 minutes, reduce the heat. Sprinkle with sugar, put the bay leaf, sweet pepper. Cook 3 minutes, add salt, gently mix. Leave on fire for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and finely chopped garlic, black pepper. Stir and plate the plate. Serve, watering with fatty sour cream.
