Recipe for Pea Pancakes

  • Peas green frozen - 400 Grams
  • Egg of chicken - 2 pieces
  • Wheat flour - 100 Grams
  • Olive oil - 15 milliliters
  • Dill - 30 Grams
  • Natural yoghurt - 30 milliliters
  • Baking Powder - 5 Grams

Frozen peas put in water and cook onAverage fire about 15 minutes. Dill finely shred. Spread the peas in a bowl with a small amount (50 ml) of water, in which it was cooked. Here we add finely chopped greens. Grind to homogeneity. In the resulting mass, add 2 eggs. Add 2 tablespoons. Natural yoghurt, salt, pepper and, if desired, some other favorite spices. Stir well and beat a little. We sift into the mixture flour and baking powder. We mix it well. From the resulting test, we form pancakes, which are fried in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry from both sides to a thin and barely perceptible crust. Pea pancakes are ready. Bon Appetit!
