Bun with cinnamon and nuts recipe

1. Make a stuffing. Mix all the dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add ghee and mix with a fork until the mixture looks like wet sand. Set aside. 2. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Lubricate 1 tablespoon of melted butter for baking. 3. Prepare the dough. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt. Add maple syrup and 2 tablespoons of melted butter, stir. Put the dough on a flour-poured work surface and knead it to a uniform consistency. The dough should be very soft and slightly sticky. 4. Roll the dough into a rectangle measuring 20x30 cm. Pour 2 tablespoons of melted butter onto the dough and grease the entire surface with your fingers. Put the filling on the dough and evenly distribute it over the entire surface, leaving a border of 1 cm along the outer edge. Press the filling into the dough. 5. Starting with the long side of the dough, roll it with rolls and stitch the seams. Lay the tape with the seam down on the work surface. Cut into 8 pieces and place the buns in a mold. Lubricate the remaining 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Bake for 20-23 minutes, until golden brown. 6. To make the glaze, mix the butter in a bowl with a mixer, add the powdered sugar and whip together. Add the syrup and whisk well until the mixture becomes homogeneous. If the mixture is too thick, add a teaspoon or more milk. 7. Allow the buns to cool in the form for 5 minutes. Fill with glaze and serve warm.
