Recipe: Lean Cherry Pie

  • A packet of vanilla sugar - 1 piece
  • Soda - 0.3 teaspoons
  • Salt - 0.3 teaspoons

If you are fasting, this does not mean that youYou will have to do without the sweet, because you can cook lean pie. Preparation: Sift the flour into a large bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, salt, soda, vanilla sugar, vegetable oil and water. Knead the dough from these ingredients. Cover the dough with a plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Divide the dough into two unequal parts and roll it out. Rinse the cherries and remove the bones. Stir the cherries with 1 tablespoon of flour and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the pie shape with vegetable oil. Put most of the dough into a mold and form the edges at the edges. Top with a cherry filling. Cover the top with a smaller layer of dough and wipe the edges. Make a hole in the center of the top. Bake the cake until browned, about 30 minutes. Finished pie to cool, cut into slices and serve.
