Recipe for Banana-Walnut Wafers

Ingredients:
  • Soy Milk - 1 3/4 Cups
  • Water - 1/4 Glass
  • Apple cider vinegar - 2 teaspoons
  • Banana - 2 pieces
  • Rapeseed oil - 3 st. Spoons
  • Maple syrup - 3 st. Spoons
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Flour - 2 1/4 Cups
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Walnuts - 1 glass
  • Oil in a waffle iron spray - To taste
Instructions

1. Finely chop walnuts. Preheat the waffle iron. 2. Pour soy milk, water and apple cider vinegar into a measuring cup. Leave aside. 3. It is very good to knead the bananas in a large bowl. 4. Add the milk mixture, rapeseed oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract, mix. 5. Add flour, baking powder, soda, salt and ground cinnamon. Using a fork, mix all the ingredients together, but do not stir too long. 6. Add crushed nuts and mix. 7. Sprinkle the waffle iron in the sprinkler. Put about 1/3 cup of dough into the waffle iron. Bake until cooked. 8. Serve with banana slices and additional maple syrup.
