  • Salt 2 pinch
  • Milk 5 tbsp. L.
  • Potatoes 3 pcs.
  • Celery root 0.5 pcs.
  • White cabbage 0.5 pcs.
  • Carrot 2 pcs.
  • Leeks 1 pc.
  • Bacon 150 g
  • Beef flesh 200g
  • Pork breast smoked 300 g
  • Beans white dry 40 g
  • Nutmeg 1 gr
Instructions
  • Step 1 Prepare all the ingredients. Bean and pearl barwort in water for the night. Vegetables - potatoes, carrots, leeks, celery root, cabbage. Meat of beef, smoked meat and bacon.
  • Step 2 Cut the smoked meat.
  • Step 3 Cut the beef into pieces.
  • Step 4 In cold water we lower all meat, as well as bacon, cut into small pieces. Bring to a boil and cook on very low heat for 2-3 hours, periodically removing the noise from the surface of the water.
  • Step 5 When the water boils, add the soaked pearl barley.
  • Step 6 After 1 hour of cooking, add the soaked beans.
  • Step 7 45 minutes before the end of the languishing period of meat with pearl barley, we clean carrots and cut very finely into squares or, as you like. Add to the meat.
  • Step 8 Next, clean the celery and cut into cubes. I always try to cut vegetables into equal pieces, so they are equally ready and look more beautiful. Add to the pan.
  • Step 9 Then add the sliced ​​leeks, increase the fire, so that the soup will boil as quickly as possible.
  • Step 10 We are the last to clean and cut potatoes. Add to the soup.
  • Step 11 10 minutes before the end of cooking soup, cut the cabbage and put it in a saucepan. We cook everything on average fire for 5-8 minutes.
