Recipe Pie with strawberry jam

  • Margarine - 200 Grams
  • Eggs - 2 pieces (plus 3 eggs per stuffing)
  • Vanilla Sugar - 5 Grams
  • Sugar with a slide - 4 Art. Spoons (plus 3 tablespoons in the filling)
  • Flour - 4 glasses
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon (or 2/3 teaspoon of hydrated soda)
  • Cottage cheese - 250 Grams (filling)
  • Strawberry jam - 200-300 grams (filling)

1. Mix melted margarine and sugar. Cool the mixture and mix with eggs and vanilla sugar. 2. Add the flour and baking powder and knead the homogenous dough. If the dough clings to your hands, add more flour. 3. Divide the dough into 3 parts. Place 2 pieces of dough in the freezer for half an hour, then leave at room temperature for 1 part. 4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix cottage cheese with eggs and sugar in a blender. 5. Put one part of the dough in a greased form. 6. Top with a layer of strawberry jam. 7. Grate 1 part frozen dough on a large grater. Pour the curd filling over the grated dough. 8. Grate another part of the dough on top. Bake the cake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Ready to cut the cake into pieces and cool.
