Ingredients:
  • Oat flakes 100 g
  • Beets 1 pc.
  • Prunes 100 g
  • Water boiled 2000 ml

  • Step 1 To prepare the jelly, you need to take oatmeal (rough oat flakes not fast cooking), a small beet, prune dried, water.
  • Step 2 Boil 2 liters of water. Wash the beets, brush them thoroughly on grater.
  • Step 3 Wash the prunes and dry them. All ingredients: prunes, beets, oatmeal folded into a saucepan.
  • Step 4 Pour all 2 liters of boiling water. Cook under the lid on a low heat for 30-35 minutes.
  • Step 5 Remove the pan from the fire. Cool down. Let it brew.
  • Step 6 Kissel strain through a sieve.
  • Step 7 You should get a sweet and sour mass of red-brown color. Drain into glassware. It should be about 1.5 liters of drink.
