Recipe Recipe for Garlic and Cheese Bread

  • Cheddar cheese - 3 cups
  • Cheese Monterey Jack - 3/4 Cups
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
  • Green onions - 4 pieces
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Crispy french bread - 1 piece
  • Stick of oil - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 4 teeth

1. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Finely chop the garlic. Grind the white and light green parts of the onion. Mix three kinds of cheese with mayonnaise and spring onions. Add a pinch of salt to taste. The mixture can be stored in the refrigerator before use. 2. Cut the crispy French bread in half, then cut each half of the bread in half. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a frying pan and add 1/4 chopped garlic. 3. Put a quarter of bread in a frying pan, allowing it to soak up the oil and the aroma of garlic. Fry the bread until golden brown. Repeat the same with the remaining oil, garlic and bread. 4. Put the cheese mixture on warm bread and bake in the oven at 230 degrees until the cheese melts and starts to boil, about 10 minutes. Ready to take the bread out of the oven, cut into slices, allow to cool slightly and immediately serve.
