Ingredients:
  • Wheat flour 2 tbsp.
  • Sugar 1 tbsp.
  • Butter 100 g
  • Eggs chicken 1 pc.
  • Ginger dry 2 tsp.
  • Cinnamon powder 2 tsp.
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp.
  • Carnation powder 1 tsp.
  • Baking powder 1 tsp.
  • Eggs chicken 1 pc.
  • Sugar powder 150 g
Instructions
  • Step 1 For the biscuit we need flour, sugar, egg and spices. Butter should be at room temperature.
  • Step 2 Combine the ground ginger and cinnamon, black pepper, cloves, baking powder and flour - mix well.
  • Step 3 Connect the butter, sugar and egg.
  • Step 4 Stir well to make the mixture homogeneous.
  • Step 5 Add it to the dry ingredients.
  • Step 6 Knead the dough, as a result, it should become elastic, homogeneous and well behind the hands.
  • Step 7 On the table roll out the dough about 5 mm thick, and squeeze out the biscuits with molds. If there are no molds, then you can just squeeze the mugs with a glass.
  • Step 8 Cover the baking tray with parchment paper and lay out the biscuits.
  • Step 9 Bake in a preheated oven for up to 170 ° C for 12-15 minutes until rusty.
  • Step 10 For glaze - mix the egg whites with 1 egg and 150 grams of powdered sugar.
  • Step 11 When the cookie has cooled down, we glaze through the culinary bag.
  • Step 12 Allow the glaze to dry a little and serve.
