Recipe Vitamin Drink Pumpkin

Ingredients:
  • Canned or boiled pumpkin - 1 glass
  • Apricots - 1 glass
  • Sugar - 1 st. a spoon
  • Milk - 1 glass (2%)
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Ice cubes - 1 glass
Instructions

1. Fresh pumpkin peeled and peeled, boiled in a small amount of sweetened water and cooled. 2. Even if it is a season of apricots, do not be too lazy to peel them off, cut 6-8 pieces each and freeze - then your drink will turn out to be particularly thick and pleasantly cool. 3.
