This recipe for sauerkraut in a multivark, I already polished to the smallest detail, I often cook this dish - myself as a basic, my husband as a side dish to the meat. Everyone is happy, everyone likes :) So, I tell how to prepare sauerkraut in a multivarquet: 1. Turn on the multivark, the "Hot" mode, the time is 20 minutes. Onions and carrots are cleaned, cut into cubes. Fry in vegetable oil until golden crust. 2. Clean potatoes, cut into cubes. We put it into the multivark. We add cabbage. All lightly fry. 3. Turn on the "Quenching" mode, the time is 30 minutes. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, spices, if desired - fresh greens. Close the lid and stew. 4. The dish is ready, bon appetit! :) Serve hot as a side dish or a separate dish. Good luck in cooking!
