Mix hot milk and melted creambutter. We sift the flour into the mixture and mix it vigorously - there should not be lumps in the dough. The dough should be very elastic and smooth. In the resulting dough, add the yeast, stir. Cover the cooked dish with a towel and leave for an hour in a warm place. Meanwhile, the eggs must be beaten with sugar until a thick white mass is formed. In the standing about an hour, we add whipped eggs and dried fruits. We carefully mix with a spatula. Add a little more flour and knead a homogeneous dough of thick consistency. We take a baking mold, grease with butter. We put our dough into it. Bake 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees. We remove the cooked cake from the oven, let it stand. We pour the cake with a mixture of lemon juice and sugar powder. If desired, you can sprinkle with coconut shavings. Let the glaze froze - and the cake is ready for use.
