Recipe Raspberry Cheesecake

  • Cottage cheese - 800 Grams
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour - 2 st. Spoons
  • Eggs - 4 pieces
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Crimson jelly - 5 st. Spoons

1. First you need to mix cottage cheese, sugar and flour. Then add eggs (one at a time) and vanilla extract (or cream with vanilla flavor). Mix thoroughly. 2. Pour the cream mixture into the baking dish. Top with raspberry jelly. Cover with foil. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 C. Then reduce the temperature to 100-120 and continue cooking for another 90 minutes. 4. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and cool it. Then remove the cake in the refrigerator.
