The skin of a catfish without scales, therefore it is not necessary to clean it - it is enough to rub it with salt and wash it off with mucus. Soma meat has a positive effect on the central nervous system, skin, hair, nails and digestive tract work. And if this fish is cooked correctly, one of the most delicious dishes awaits you.
- Som steak 500 g
- Mushrooms champignons 150 g
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Parsley fresh 30 g
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Fresh ginger 30 g
- Soy sauce 50 ml
- Step 1 We will need: a catfish steak (you can replace the fillet), mushrooms, pepper, lemon, greens, ginger, onions and soy sauce.
- Step 2 First you need to prepare a marinade for the fish. We clean and rub on a fine grater ginger. We make sure that hard fibers do not come across.
- Step 3 Squeeze the juice of one lemon.
- Step 4 Then mix the grated ginger and lemon juice with soy sauce.
- Step 5 Take a small package, put our steak in it and fill it with marinade (in this way the fish will miss out on all sides simultaneously). Leave for at least 20 minutes.
- Step 6 Cut the mushrooms, peppers, onions and greens for garnish.
- Step 7 Rinse the fried fish on high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Then reduce the heat and fry, covered with a lid, for 5-8 minutes on each side.
- Step 8 Fry the mushrooms, onion and pepper until done. In the end, fill the remaining marinade from the fish and add the greens. We serve vegetables and fish on one plate, pouring pomegranate sauce or lemon juice. Bon Appetit!
