Oatmeal casserole with berries and nuts

  • Oat flakes - 2 Cups
  • Fried walnuts - 1/2 cup
  • Cane sugar or maple syrup - 1/3 Glass
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • Milk - 2 glasses
  • Large eggs - 2 pieces
  • Melted butter - 3 items. Spoons
  • Extract of vanilla - 2 teaspoons
  • Ripe banana - 2 pieces
  • Berries to choose from - 1 1/2 cups

1. Finely chop walnuts. Cut the bananas into slices 1 cm thick. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Lubricate the baking dish generously. In a bowl, mix oat flakes, half walnuts, sugar, baking powder and ground cinnamon. In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, half of butter and vanilla extract. Beat to a homogeneous consistency. 2. Put bananas in one layer in a baking dish. 3. Pour 2/3 of the berry mixture on top. 4. Put the oat mixture on top, and then slowly pour the milk mixture. Slightly shake the shape so that the milk mixture is evenly distributed. 5. Pour the remaining berries and nuts on top. Bake in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown. Then remove from the oven and cool. 6. Pour the remaining butter on top and serve. Also you can additionally pour the casserole with maple syrup and a small amount of milk.
