Recipe California grilled Veggie sandwich

  • Mayonnaise - 1/4 Glass
  • Garlic - 3 teeth
  • Lemon juice - 1 st. a spoon
  • Olive oil - 1/8 Cups
  • Chopped red bell pepper - 1 glass
  • Small chopped zucchini - 1 piece
  • Chopped red onions - 1 piece
  • Small chopped yellow zucchini - 1 piece
  • Focaccia bread, divide horizontally - 2 pieces
  • Grated feta cheese - 1/2 cup

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chopped garlic andlemon juice. Put in the refrigerator. Preheat the grill over high heat. Grease the vegetables with olive oil on both sides. Lubricate the grill with oil. Place the sweet pepper and zucchini closer to the middle of the grill and lay onions and pumpkin pieces around them. Fry for about 3 minutes, turn over and fry for 3 more minutes. Preparation of pepper can take a little longer. Remove from the grate, and set aside. Bread cut, spread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with feta cheese.
