First of all, it is necessary to boil rice basmati- as indicated on the package (usually - throw in boiling water in a ratio of rice to water 1: 2, and cook for about 20 minutes). In the meantime, rice is brewed - we will take care of our vegetables. We take wok, we warm up in it olive oil. In the heated oil we throw garlic cloves, slightly crushed by the blade of the knife. Fry until a characteristic garlic smell, after which the garlic is carefully removed from the wok and discarded. Carrots and onions cut into small cubes (I had a seedling onions, so I did not even cut it). Put in the wok with the preheated and flavored oil. When the vegetables are browned, lavishly sprinkle them with spices. Then add the beans and peas to the wok. Stir and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Then add the corn. Continue to fry on the same fire for 3 more minutes. Add the broccoli and fry about 5 minutes, then pour half a glass of boiled water or broth into the wok, cover the wok with a lid and simmer for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are ready. When the vegetables are ready, add the cooked rice to the wok. Stir well and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Remove from the fire and immediately served. Bon Appetit!
