It so happened that in my family - some meat eaters. Everything, as in that popular video, every day require - LET MEAT, MAKE MEAT! :) Previously, I had to dodge everything in order to cook them not too harmful to health meat. Now, when there is a multivarka, I'm generally on the look out for it - it cooks meat just perfectly. In particular, baked meat in a multivariate always turns out to be excellent - not dry and not tough, moderately juicy, with a small appetizing crust. No taste of oil or salt, nothing prevents to enjoy the taste of a good piece of meat. Running salivating, no? :) Read the recipe if you want to learn how to cook baked meat in a multivarquet: 1. Wash meat, remove veins, dry it. After that, rub with pepper, salt, chopped greens, chopped garlic, vegetable oil. Leave to marinate for the night (if there is no time, you can leave it for 3-4 hours, but the meat will turn out to be less juicy and fragrant). 2. Lay the meat in a multivariate bowl, pour the marinade from the meat. 3. Choose the "Baking" mode, the time is 30 minutes. Fry the meat on both sides: 15 minutes on one side and 15 minutes on the other. 4. After the meat is fried, turn on the "Quenching" mode, the time is 3 hours. When the alarm sounds, leave the meat for another half hour. 5. Bon appetit! Meat recommended to serve with a salad of fresh vegetables.
