Recipe Cranberry sauce with cherry
- Fresh or frozen cranberries - 350 Grams
- Dried cherries - 1 glass
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Water - 2 Cups
In a large saucepan combine the cranberries (if notNeed to defrost it), cherries, sugar and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook over low heat until the liquid thickens, from 20 to 25 minutes. Pour into a bowl. Cover with a plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator. Before use, heat to room temperature.
