Recipe: Piquantly chicken

  • Wheat flour - 1 st. a spoon
  • Chicken - 1 piece
  • Onions - 1 Piece
  • Broth chicken - 200 milliliters
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 st. a spoon
  • Cherry Tomatoes - 6 Pieces
  • Greenery - To taste
  • Soy sauce - 2 items. Spoons
  • Sesame - 1 st. a spoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 st. a spoon

1. We wash the chicken in cold running water, we chop it into pieces. We will need wings, shins and hips (without breast). Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix the Balsamic sauce and soy sauce, peel the onions, cut into half rings and add to the sauce, then add the sesame seeds. Pieces of chicken we put in the cooked marinade, and thoroughly mix everything. We put the clock in two for two. Then take the chicken out of the refrigerator, clean it from the marinade and onions (do not pour the marinade!). 2. In a frying pan, on olive oil fry chicken, about ten minutes on each side, the fire is intense. In the frying pan add two tablespoons of chicken broth. For about ten minutes we still put it out, under the lid. 3. Prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, heat the broth. Add the marinade (balsamic and soy sauce), heat for about ten minutes, add cayenne pepper, flour and honey, stir constantly (the sauce should thicken). The sauce is filtered. 4. In a frying pan in olive oil, we cook cherry tomatoes, then we roll them in sesame. 5. Serve the chicken hot, with tomatoes and sauce.
