  • Processed cheese - 400 Grams
  • Potatoes - 400 Grams
  • Shrimps peeled - 400 Grams
  • Dill Dried - 2 Teaspoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Carrots - 250 Grams
  • Dried parsley - 2 teaspoons

Fused cheese melted in boiling saltedWater (about 2 liters). Potatoes are cleaned, cut into small cubes and put into the same pan. We cook for 10 minutes. Carrots rub on a small grater. Lightly fry grated carrots in oil - literally 3-4 minutes to soften. When the potatoes are almost ready - we add carrots and peeled shrimps to the soup. Stir, bring to a boil. We try for salt. Just a minute before the end of cooking, add the greens to the soup. Remove from the fire, give a little to stand under the lid and serve. Pleasant!
