Recipe Pie with raisins oat Danish

Ingredients:
  • Oat or wheat flakes - 3 Cups
  • Milk - 1 Glass
  • Water - 0.5 cups
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Flour - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Bran - 1 st. a spoon
  • Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Brown sugar or honey - 2-3 Art. Spoons
  • Raisins - 4 st. Spoons
  • Ground almonds - 3 items. Spoons
  • Sunflower oil - 1 st. a spoon
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Ground spices: cinnamon, cardamom, cloves - To taste
Instructions

1. Pour oat flakes into a separate bowl. Boil the milk and water and pour them into this bowl. Raisins to sort, rinse and soak in hot water for 15-20 minutes. 2. With a lemon grate the peel on a fine grater. In a bowl, beat the egg, add all the spices, lemon zest and sugar or honey to it. 3. In the dishes, where there are soaked flakes, pour sifted flour, soda. Then pour the egg mixture, pour raisins and ground almonds. The resulting dough should be well mixed. 4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the form with oil. Put the oat mixture in the mold and flatten the surface of the pie. The cake will be baked for 35-40 minutes.
