Pre-thawed mushrooms are thrown to the vegetables. Fry it. 4. We wait until the excess liquid leaves the mushrooms, then add tomato paste, salt, before and spices to taste. We languish in a small fire. 5. Meanwhile, we wash rice, put it in a pan with thick walls. 6. Fill with two glasses of water. We mix our mixture there. We send it to the oven until the rice is ready.
