Recipe of kish with chicken and zucchini: 1. Mix one egg and butter. Until uniformity, do not mix - just lightly mix. Here we add a little cold water, salt and flour. Quickly mix the dough. 2. We wrap the ball of dough into food film and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour. 3. Slice the onion into thin semicircles. Lightly fry the onion until ruddy (in oil, over medium heat). Thin slices chop the vegetable marrow. Add it to the ruddy onion, fry together. After 2 minutes, add the cooked or baked chicken fillet to the frying pan.
