Recipe Shrimp

  • Red onion - 1 piece
  • Butter - 60 grams
  • Capers - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Cayenne Pepper - To taste
  • Milk - 375 Milliliters
  • Pepper and salt - To taste
  • Lemon Zest - 0.5 teaspoons
  • Flour - 80 Grams
  • Parsley - 1 st. a spoon
  • Shrimp - 120 Grams
  • Vegetable oil - for roasting - To taste
  • A crumb of white bread - 200 Grams
  • Parmesan - 2 Art. Spoons

1. First of all, we peel the onion, chop it finely. We clean the shrimps, and chop them as small. Melt the butter in a saucepan. We put onions here and fry for about three to four minutes until ready, do not forget to stir it. 2. Add flour to the saucepan. In about one minute, fry. Stirring. 3. Then, stirring constantly, we pour milk in a thin trickle. Fire reduce, about two to three minutes before the thickening of the mixture cook. At the same time, stir constantly. 4. Then we remove the mixture from the fire, add zest, chopped prawns, cayenne pepper, grated cheese, salt and chopped parsley. We mix everything thoroughly, and shift it into a wide bowl. Approximately ten minutes we let cool. 5. In a bowl, beat eggs lightly, on a flat plate we pour out the bread crumbs. We form balls from the mixture, dip each ball into eggs. Then dipped in crumbs. In a deep frying pan fry, in vegetable oil. 6. Serve with parsley leaves and capers.
