Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the chocolate in a bowl. Mix the cream with cinnamon in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until boiling. Add to the chocolate. It should be a homogeneous mass. Finely chop 2 tablespoons of pistachios, set aside. Stir the rest of the pistachios in chocolate. Place the dough plate on the work surface 1. Grease with melted butter. Spread the chocolate evenly over the dough and roll into a roll. Sprinkle with the remaining pistachios. Do the same with the other plates of the dough. Line the baking sheet with paper and bake rolls until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut each roll into 8 pieces.
