We will need the following ingredients for the test: 100 g margariea 150 g sugar 2 tbsp. L. Honey 1 tsp. Soda 2 eggs 3 tbsp. Flour for cream: 180 g white chocolate 2.5 tbsp. L. Flour 250 ml milk 200 g sugar 200 g slug. Oil green food color-for lamb: 1 tsp. Gelatin 50 g water lemon juice sugar powder 10 g dark chocolate ready waffle flowers. 1. Margarine, sugar, honey, melt over low heat, add soda ash, mix everything. To cool. Add eggs and flour. Stir until the dough stops sticking to your hands. 2. To do this, pour the milk into a saucepan, add the flour, mix it, so that there are no lumps. Add sugar, put on fire, bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thick. 4. Remove the cream from the heat and add finely chopped chocolate, mix and chill everything. 5. Meanwhile, whip the butter and gradually add the chocolate mass to it. Whip the cream until smooth. Lubricate the cakes with cream. 6. The remaining cream is colored in green and covered with a cake. 7. Prepare the mastic. Soak gelatin in water for 10 minutes. Heat it to dissolve (do not boil), add 2-3 drops of lemon juice. Gradually mix the powdered sugar and knead (for a long time) until the plastic mass appears in the hands.
