  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon

  • Chicken broth - 120 milliliters
  • Lemon, juice - 0.5 Pieces

1. For the filling of cheese, cut into small cubes and mix with oregano. 2. To prepare the breasts, you need a very sharp knife. Cut the fillet so that it turns into a kind of pocket. 3. Fill the resulting pockets with cheese. Pockets need to be stabbed with toothpicks and on top of the breast salt and pepper. 4. Fry each breast in a frying pan on both sides. Each side fry over medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Now reduce the heat and cover the frying pan with a lid. Breasts should be cooked until cooked. 5. Breasts are ready. Now you need to cook the sauce. To do this, pour the broth into the skillet, where the breasts were prepared, and interfere with medium heat. Pour lemon juice and butter into the broth. Boil over high heat for about 2 minutes. The sauce should thicken a little. Put the breast on the plate and pour the sauce over it. Garnish can be served with rice or pasta.
