Today, I propose to prepare two versions of the barfie and combine them in one dish. Firstly, everyone who will try the dessert will find a suitable option for itself and will remain satisfied, secondly, it is beautiful and diverse and, thirdly, it is deliciously delicious! This dessert is enough for a long time and it is stored for a long enough period, so you will always have a refreshment in the fridge for sweet tooth or suddenly come to tea guests.

Ingredients:
  • Coconut shavings 180g
  • Condensed milk 1 pot
  • Butter 120 g
  • Sugar powder 60 g
  • Milk powder 220 g
  • Cream of 10 ml
  • Cedar nuts 50 g
  • Cashew 20 g
Instructions
  • Step 1 To make a dessert, take coconut shavings, milk powder, condensed milk, butter, cream, cedar nuts and cashew.
  • Step 2 In the melted butter, add the powdered sugar and milk powder, mix.
  • Step 3 Add the pine nuts and cream. If desired, pine nuts can be ground in a blender. Stir all hands to a homogeneous consistency and cool the mass, putting it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Step 4 Then roll the balls with the size of a walnut.
  • Step 5 From the balls to mold the squares. Or what your heart desires.
  • Step 6 Decorate with pine nuts and cashew.
  • Step 7 Next we make coconut balls. Pour into the bowl 120 grams of coconut chips and add condensed milk. The rest of the chips should be postponed - it will still be needed.
  • Step 8 Mix the coconut shavings with condensed milk and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, so that the coconut is soaked with condensed milk.
  • Step 9 We roll the balls, then lower them into the water for a second and roll in the coconut shavings. Repeat this process with the whole coconut mass.
  • Step 10 The entire shipment is sent to the freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Step 11 Then lay out the coconut balls and milk squares in random order. Store the dessert in plastic containers in the refrigerator.
