  • Beef (fillets) - 500 Grams

  • Garlic - 1 piece
  • Onion - 3 pieces

Mix lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, pepper andHalf the garlic to make the marinade. Pour the beef with the marinade and leave for 30 minutes.
