Recipe French muffins

Ingredients:
  • Flour - 3 cups
  • Baking powder - 3 teaspoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Vegetable fat - 2/3 Cups
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Cinnamon - 3 teaspoons
  • Oils - 1 glass
Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Lightly grease the butter muffin mold with 12 compartments. 2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and ground nutmeg. Put the mixture aside. 3. In another bowl, mix a glass of sugar and vegetable fat together with an electric mixer. Then add the eggs and mix again. Add flour mixture and milk alternately to the sugar mixture, stirring after each addition. 4. Fill the prepared cups for muffins with a test for 2/3 of their volume. Bake muffins for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees to golden in color. Let the muffins cool down a little. 5. Melt the 2 sticks of butter. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining sugar and cinnamon. Lubricate ready-made muffins with oil, carefully distributing it over the entire surface, and then sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
