All the juice from the berries is poured into a saucepan with an apple, add 2 tablespoons of berries, 150 ml of water, bring to a boil and cook for about 25 minutes. Apples should become soft, and the syrup should thicken. 5. Add the remaining berries and cook them for another 5-8 minutes. 6. Gem is almost ready - it remains only to spread it on sterilized jars, tightly close and leave to store in a cool dry place.
