Recipe: Lemon-mint kvass
- Water - 3-4 liters
- Stalks of jealousy - 250 Grams
- Sugar - 3 items. Spoons
- Honey - 7-8 Art. Spoons
- Leaves of mint (currant) - 10-15 pieces
- Lemon - 2 pieces
Bring water to a boil. Cut the rhubarb into small pieces and drop them into the water. Cool down. Add sugar, honey, zest and lemon juice, mint leaves or currant. Stir and put in a dark cold room for a day. Strain, fill with kvass bottles and leave for 1-2 weeks in a cool place. You can drink with ice.
