Fried mushrooms with spinach

Ingredients:
  • Spinach - 3 cups (rinse and scald with boiling water)
  • Bulb - 1 piece (finely chopped)
  • Mushrooms - 15 pieces (finely chopped)
  • Salt - 1 Pinch (to taste)
  • Black pepper - 1 pinch (to taste)
  • Lemon - 1/2 Pieces (juice)
  • Olive oil - 2 items. Spoons
  • Garlic - 4 Teeth (finely chopped and fried)
Instructions

Heat the oil in a frying pan and add choppedbow. Cook until softened. Add the mushrooms, cook for 1 minute periodically stirring. Add the spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Fry until the mushrooms are ready. Turn off the heat and pour the dish with lemon juice. Bon Appetit!
