1. Under running water, we wash the ribs, cut them into pieces (pour one piece on one bone) and fill it with cold water and set to cook. Peas are cooked quickly (about thirty minutes). 2. Clean the onion and chop it into small pieces. In a heated frying pan in vegetable oil, until frying, fry onions. 3. Add the grinded zira to taste. Ziru stir with onions, about one minute we cook everything together. Then add to the pan to the peas. We let the soup boil, we remove it from the fire and let the soup cool down a little. 4.
