Recipe: Scrambled eggs with mussels

  • Eggs - 4 pieces
  • Mussels - 150 Grams

  • White wine - 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil - 20 milliliters

Ingredients. In a saucepan, mix half a glass of wine and a glass of water, throw the meat of mussels, bring to a boil and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Cooked mussels are laid on the bottom of a baking dish, greased with olive oil. Sprinkle the mussels with herbs. Eggs slightly beaten with a fork in a small bowl, salt. Fill the egg mixture with our mussels. We sprinkle the whole thing over with grated parmesan cheese. Bake the eggs for about 10 minutes at 220 degrees.
