Risotto with vegetables

Ingredients:

Instructions

1. Rinse the rice. Add saffron in butter (well heated), let the aroma of spices open up. Now add the rice, and fry until it changes color, stir constantly. 2. We disassemble the cabbage into pieces, and set to boil in salted water. 3. When the rice gets the proper condition, add the finely chopped squash here. Pour slowly water, do not stop stirring. Pepper and salt. 4. Cream and shredded greens are added about five minutes before the meal is ready. Gently mix everything. 5. Only serve hot!
